Mind Your Mitochondria

Please watch this short presentation. It is powerful, full of hope, and inspirational. Some of this information, I already knew, but there was a lot that I didn't. I sincerely hope that Dr. Terry Wahls is able to help many people escape the shackles of debilitating diseases through diet improvement.

I am reminded how important it is to grow nutritious food to make essential vitamins and minerals more accessible to people with a limited income. When I tell people I eat organic, they usually comment that it is so expensive, and I agree! It is. But, the costs are worth the benefit of a healthy, long life.

  3. That is so true, about there being a higher cost to organic...but what cost to your health, if you don't? I try to eat as much organic as possible. People do not realize the connection between what they put in their bodies, and their health, and they thin a drug will fix them. Organic clean food, is the best drug for the body. Great video, one everyone should view.

  12. I had no idea how critical mitochondria were to our lives. I usually just glazed over that stuff in high school. This Dr. was very informative - self-experimenting, she's brave too!

  13. Thank you for sharing this. I truely believe that we are all walking around with deficiencies of one kind or another, as well as our PH being way too low, thus opening ourselves up for all kinds of diseases. We americans have been sold a bill of goods when it comes to 90% of what is sold in the grocery stores. I believe that big agra and big pharma are in collusion to keep us overeating trying to get the nutrients our bodies need and then sick so they can keep selling us drugs. Dr. Terry is a true inspiration to chronicly ill people. Wake up America!
